TransPerfect's Diversity Month was a four-week celebration of the United Nation's World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development. Many of the sessions were recorded, and can be accessed by registering (with a unique password), and clicking below. Diversity has been a core value since our founding, and it is hard to imagine our business without the embrace of cultural differences.

Flipping the Script on Disability + Global Accessibility Concepts

The aim for this session is not just to empower, affirm and encourage with people with disabilities, but everyone regarding disabilities. Disabilities are often hidden and you could have people with disabilities in both your professional and social network that you are unaware of. You will also be in contact with people who don’t have an official disability but are experiencing a particular difficulty that you don’t know about, for example with their physical or mental health. This session is to guide you to be mindful of this in all of your interactions but also to further develop your communication skills to make it easier to build new relationships and deepen existing relationships.

Call to Action: Be The Match

Be The Match: Addressing the inequity which exists for ethnically diverse patients with blood cancers and blood disorders when searching for a life-saving blood stem cell/marrow donor. It’s time to dispel the myths and address the deadly misconceptions that are harming patients worldwide.
